I absolutely cannot speak more highly of Peter at G'day Mailbox. I had an item sent to Indonesia and had all sorts of unforeseen issues with customs. Peter was with me through the challenging process all the way and went well above the call of duty to help me at every step. I am truly grateful to Peter and G'day mailbox. Outstanding service and they genuinely care.

Worst service at this place. Firstly, the staff doesn't understand english. Moreover, they don't want to help with any queries. Asked me for filling out a long form and when i submitted with the payment details an error popped up. Asked the guy there, who had no idea and he said you need to do the payment again which i did, only to realise that the error popped again and my money was deducted twice. I asked for a receipt and he said you will get it on mail but no receipt received yet. Big time fraudsters, please stay away. All the five stars review are fake.

The staff was very helpful and guided me when needed. I finished my work in about less than 10 minutes.

There is one guy that gets in and out so you would be lucky to find him… drove all they way and couldn’t leave the package WASTE OF YOUR TIME

Nice people helped me go through the whole thing. And the delivery was really fast. It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money.
