Clean, pleasant environment. Took an hour for a gel manicure and pedicure which was efficient relative to other salons but they still switched out roughly 4 technicians for my manicure pedicure- my preference, depending on staff availability, is to have someone dedicated to my nails versus welcoming other customers and switching jobs at every stage- but again, an hour in total was tolerable (I know other people enjoy spending time in a salon but I prefer efficiency) so at least they managed the handoffs well. Sign said no pets tallowed but there was a tiny dog in the salon while I was there.

I usually go here as it’s one of the last remaining nail salons in kings cross but the quality / price is getting ridiculous. It cost me about $75 to get SNS bc apparently they don’t do acrylic anymore or the lady who does acrylic wasn’t working that day (who knows) and that price included a $10 fee for coffin shape because “it requires extra work” for that price they don’t even touch your cuticles. I don’t mind paying labour what it’s worth but the quality is always so bad. My nails break or crack after 1-2 weeks and it’s annoying because they’re like the only remaining nail salon in the area.

Amazinggg. First time getting sns and loved it. Service was amazing, (thanks Tony <3). The most comfortable I’ve ever felt getting my nails done and the most happiest I’ve been with my nails

I have been here twice for SNS and both times my nails have started falling off only a few days after getting them done. I went back this morning to show the lady and explain this time they had started chipping after just 2 days. She told me they were too busy to fix a couple of my nails and I will have to come back 4 hours later. I understand I hadn’t booked in my repair this morning but I didn’t have time to come in before that (and wasn’t expecting to return so soon). Extremely poor quality for an $80 SNS manicure - do not recommend. You will pay the same price for an SNS manicure at a much better nail salon anywhere else in the east/city.

Best and longest lasting manicures and pedicures. The best SNS application, it always last AT LEAST 2 WEEKS (and I'm very hard on my nails) haven't found that anywhere else. Absolutely in love with my new nails

So bad, first of all $95 for sns extensions. First he sat me down and absolutely butchered my cuticles (i left with them bleeding) then proceeded to charge me extra for french tip which is resonable but $20 come on. He then charged me $10 extra for coffin shape which is stupid as it shouldn’t cost extra

Didn’t have the best experience the first time I went here, regardless, I went again to see if it would be any different. It wasn’t. They rushed my nails and they’re all crooked and uneven. I spent $75 for a sns set? I got one tip which was $15? I also asked about getting French tip then they told me it would be an additional $20??? That is absolute madness. Will never be returning.

I walked in off the street to get my old sns manicure removed and new sns put on.Huge mistake they charged me $86 for this service which was shoddily done with lots of grinding of my nails and then finally after the sns was on they grinded the top layer off leaving streaks on the end result.So unhappy and expensive. Never again

I’ve been here a few times, and have very mixed experiences. However, there have been two times I’ve been there that I’ve left bleeding from aggressive treatment, which is then laughed off by the server calling me sensitive. Yesterday I went and was bleeding from a finger and a toe.

Came in for an infill and French gel manicure. Usually go to Bondi Junction but didn't have time. Lady rushed it, shape is inconsistent, white tips painted on too thick. Didn't have enough time to push for her to fix it all. But to top it off, they charge $75 for all of that, whereas everywhere in Bondi Junction doesn't exceed $60; and, they have a sign that says 1.7% surcharge on credit cards, so I pull out my eftpos card and she insists it's all cards. Terrible service. Despite it being metres from my place I will not come back under any circumstances.Update: next day half of the French tip on one thumb peeled off. I've never had this issue anywhere else. Likely due to her applying too much polish. Will be returning for them to fix it. Hopefully that won't be nightmare round 2.
