worst pharmacy I've ever been to! rude, just rude.my sons script expired yesterday, there was no communication from them to say it would expire. when I asked if they were happy for my son to suffer withdrawals from his medication the pharmacist simply said yes.they had previously refused to return the script to me, so how was I to know it expired yesterday.show me your duty of care!I am beyond outraged

So lucky to have them as our local pharmacy - they always go above and beyond to provide the best care and service. They're really considered and thoughtful about the advice they provide (which I especially appreciate when it comes to stuff for my kids) and their customer service is exceptional.Such an asset to our local community - the best pharmacy in Newcastle by far!
