Fantastic! The guy on call-out was great, they arrived early because I mentioned that i had to get to work right away. Call out fee itself was very reasonable and actually less than I was originally quoted for with a very reasonable service rate per 15 mins.Will definitely come again should any more of my appliances bite the dust!Cheers guys!

Have used prime twice now- can't fault their service, communication and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use again for further repairs and servicing.

My husband and I have been going through prime appliance for many many many years or should I say a life time we wouldn't go through anyone else for rental or repairs I could not recommend anyone else. The hole team are amazing they go far beyond 2 make there customers happy even on special occasions just 2 get a personal Christmas card and birthday card means a lot 2 us what rental company dose that and its not just a printed out card its a personal hand written one. AlsoYou get a discount if you recommend them to friends and family. Nicole is amazing I cant count how many times she has gone far and beyond 2 help us out in our most hardest times there are 2 many times 2 mention weather your on centrelink or working we have 5 kids and on centrelink and they have been my life saver when it has come 2 christmas or the big things that we just can't afford I recommend them 110% give them a go you will not be disappointed.

I have been with prime for over 30 yrs I have got all my appliances from them ,from tv to fridges etc the staff are the most caring friendly people I know so much that I class them all as family ,they are quick and prompt with any items or repairs well done guysJanice staff
