Barrier Reef Leisure Pools

Engaged Barrier Reef Leisure pools to install our new build as part of a home build. I engaged them before construction commenced to ensure this was an integral part of the overall build process. In any new home build I appreciate there will be issues to be resolved. With the builder and other contractors these issues were well managed.Sadly I can't say the same with Barrier Reef Leisure Pools.Every step of the way was arduous and a 'fight'. My trust was destroyed with excuses and misinformation. I won't list every issue here. One of the 'best' was that after commissioning I was provided with a manual pool cleaner rather than the robot I had paid for months before. When I raised this the response was; we forgot".I will definitely look elsewhere when I need a new pool."
