Never had a bad experience there. All staff is very friendly and the doctors are great! I had treatments with Dr Eduarda and Dr Shanu and they are both amazing, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend

In my recent visit, fees had increased by 20% (as a result of removing GAP payments). The receptionist struggled to process our payment and I ended up spending more time at the front counter than I had been in the dental chair. Not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience or delay, I was just told repeatedly that it was not the receptionist fault. Very disappointing experience, I won't be returning.

Had myself and my 4 year old son treated by Dr Jad Matar - it was a smooth and relatively comfortable experience. Great manner with kids and highly professional and transparent. Will recommend to family and friends.

Just had my first consultation in this clinic. The staff were helpful and punctual with my appointment. A standout experience for me was the Dentist; they took time to understand my prior dental experience, and also took time to discuss treatment and dental care. Overall it was a good experience and I can recommend this practice to others.

Terrible customer service. Booked in and waiting at 9:00am. At 9:15 was told the dentist was still not there and was going to be 35 mins late. I was asked if I could reschedule. Being late December I wanted to use my health care before it restarted in the new year and asked if seeing as though I was already there could they not bump another patient who perhaps had a later appointment? But no, couldn’t do it. Realistically if a dentist can’t be professional enough to get into the surgery before 10am then I probably don’t want them working on me anyway. I won’t be going back.

I took my 2 year old for her first dental check, the staff were so lovely and friendly, the receptionist was very good with my daughter by keeping her occupied in the waiting room.The dentist and the dental assistant made my daughter feel very comfortable when she was in the chair.I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a good dentist.
