Late, don't have water wipes, literally couldn't find my vain and was scrowing around with the needle in my arm.She asked to try the second arm and i said no and left in fear.

Prepare to be appalled by the outrageous behavior of the staff at this establishment! It was a cold and rainy Saturday, the 3rd of June 2023, when my partner decided to visit this location. Little did she know that she was about to be subjected to an abysmal display of customer service that left her speechless.Imagine waiting patiently in the designated area for a whopping 20 minutes, expecting to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, we were greeted with nothing but sheer rudeness. One particular staff member glanced at my partner's arm, uttered a doubtful Hmm

My experience here was terrible. I went here on Saturday the 3/02/2023 after waiting 20 mins in the waiting area I went into the room and the nurse was rude to me right off the bat. Once I got in the chair she looked at one arm and went hmm and then looked at the other arm, She then said I refuse to do your blood test and I asked why and she said because I cant find a vein.I get blood tests regularly and NEVER in my life have I had this issue. I feel like this was your workers incompetence and not my vein that was the issue. I will never return to this clinic after my poor experience.
