I can't praise Dr Leanne Heredia enough. Her professionalism as well has her kindness and being understanding, really helps make you feel comfortable during your appointment. She is very thorough and will help you the best way possible. It's nice to have that feeling that you're being heard, she has really been a great doctor to me and my family. Definitely recommend her as a GP. Thank you!

Worst reception ever encountered.. not helpful at all and bordering on condescending… I’ve cancelled appointments as a result … find another provider….Doctors take note of your front end staff

Dr Saharay and Nurse Hong were amazing. I sliced my finger open and not far from closing time when they told me to come in and would attend to stitching it for me before they left for the day (I kept them late).Nurse Hong was so attentive and lovely and Dr Saharay was outstanding attending to my injury quickly, painlessly all with a great beside manner! So grateful it was them that treated me.Will definitely be back to this medical practice.

Who needs a Judgemental and rude doctor? Not me! I met with Dr Leanne Heredia, zero bedside manner. Zero care factor, very abrasive, my previous GP retired and she all but accused me of lying!If you are nervous of seeing a GP, or are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in helping people go elsewhereUPDATE: I went to see a different Clinic who were able to help me straight away. My other specialist confirmed the advice Floreat tried to provide was incorrect, and they couldn't understand why my medical history was requested for this particular issue.

Cannot express how grateful I am for having Dr Leanne Heredia as my GP. Her warmth, understanding and kindness was a god send when I was going through a difficult time and it will not be forgotten. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a young, professional and competent female doctor!

Dr Leanne Heredia is the best. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I had terrible anxiety attacks when I visited her. Before that, I had visited two other drs in another clinic who were not able to help if not worsen the situation. Leanne managed my situation perfectly and effectively.Thank you Leanne! Outstanding practice. From the moment one arrives. We were seen exactly on time by Dr Yeo, whose experience, patience and guidance were invaluable. A spacious, modern practice with excellent Covid precautions. I can't recommend highly enough.
