Hubby and I have been coming to the Through Rd chemist for a few years, but we absolutely love Anna, the new pharmacist and owner. She’s very friendly, provides great professional advice and is great with the kids 7&9years (even with vaccinations!). The whole team is great. Very happy to finally find a great family pharmacist.

I had a vaccination at this pharmacy and couldn't have been any happier with the experience. As is always the case when I call in there for other reasons, such as to visit the post office counter, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great new management. My sons NDSS needs are a little bit complex, but team are always really helpful and friendly and also cope well with my ‘spirited’ kids visiting the store- lucky to have such a great local pharmacy.

The new pharmacist and her team have gone out of their way every time i need to buy meds. They are friendly and helpful. They have compared med prices with other bulk pharmacies so that i can get the best pricing. I won't ever go elsewhere.

My poor experience was due to the rudeness, the eye rolling by the pharmacist, which made me feel that I was wasting his time. Perhaps he was just having a bad day but still no excuse. My next visit will be just to test to see if his attitude has improved.
