Goodstart Early Learning Glenelg

We are grateful for how much they support and care for our daughter. She has been going here since she was 4mths old. The whole team from the educators to Kristy to the Cooks all do amazing job. We moved this time last year and considered going somewhere closer so we looked at two alternatives, nothing compared to here. We have chosen to travel further because how much our daughter loves it here, we tell her it’s time to see the educators (by name) she runs to the car, she even loves to wear their tshirts on the weekend.

We are new to Goodstart Early Learning and we love it! The staff are super approachable and I’m so there for their holistic approach to learning for my little babe. Would highly recommend!

We had high hopes from orientation- friendly staff and the children seemed happy, but soon after starting there was a dramatic deterioration in our (toddler age) sons happiness, confidence and behaviour indicative of unacceptable interactions with other children that were not dealt with by the educators. He changed from being happy to go for the first month or so to all of a sudden begging not to go and crying at drop off. Warning bells went when he started saying things like “I’m going to break your bones” while grabbing at his wrist, snarling saying “what are you doing here, go away”, exhibiting overly aggressive behaviour at home yelling and hitting, and speaking with concerning negative language. Yet we were always told he’s had a great day and when we raised specific concerns we were told they weren’t aware of any issues. He had turnover of three key educators in his short time there. We were very upset by the impact that his experience there had on his happy and caring personality, a backwards step.

We just arrived in Australia with our kids and are so happy we found this place. Although our kids don't speak any English yet, it took them just a short time to settle in and find first friends. They love spending time in the centre and with the educators.A big thanks to the whole team to take care of them and make them feel home so far away from everything they know!

It’s been a wonderful experience for our 3yo son and now embarks our daughters journey at the centre and we couldn’t ask for better care for either of our kids.

Goodstart Glenelg has been our 4yr olds home away from home ever since she was in nursery. Having graduated through Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kindy to now Kindy our daughters experience has been nothing short of wonderful through these wonder years. The beautiful staff at Goodstart Glenelg have shaped our daughters early years and instilled beautiful values through their learning programs. If I ever moved away from this suburb, I would travel to come to Goodstart Glenelg, that’s how highly I would recommend them :)

Levi started his journey at this centre and it has been such amazing so see him grow and pampered by the caring staff. They have looked after him so well that he knows everyone name.His nursery instructors have been really instrumental in his progress and development. We would like to really thank them for this support.

My children absolutely LOVE going to Goodstart Glenelg! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciate the level of care and the wonderful learning opportunities they provide. I highly recommend it!
