I handed over a 100% wool garment which had no tags and specified dry clean only, no wash and they sent it off to another laudromat in Rozelle and it came back shrunken. Very disappointed in their service as I very clearly explained that it was a wool garment.

Complete rip off and didn’t even get stains out. Said 3 different prices and lied about sending away clothes and they don’t tell you the price till after pickup. DONT GO HERE!!!!

First time here, paid $34 for one bag of clothes to be washed and dry only to find my perfectly good t shirt torn. They didn't acknowledge any fault and insisted it's impossible. Obviously not honest employees with terrible work ethic. Don't visit this place unless you want your clothes ruined.

I went to drop my clothes this morning . The guy didn’t even look whist standing at the door.The worst service I’ve seen in my life .. the guy was so rude and didn’t even care .. I have used this service for 5 years .. will never go back ..
