Had very bad experience today. Fixed a quote over the phone to change 4 new tyre max guard. It was fixed for $ 720.00 for 4, as 1 tyre was free on changing 4. Book an appointment for today. Went today on agreed time. Changed the tyre. Staff gives the invoice of $1,125.00. My fault was, I didn't confirm the price before starting of work. Very unprofessional. After some discussions, was given 20% off.But still I feel cheated.

poor service, busy is not customer's fault.careless job, when they walked off a wheel fall down to ground from outside face. smoking when working. (maybe legal in NT???)I was looking for 1 new tyre but they said have second hand which is 3/4 left.when I got there I asked to have a look tyre, he said “no, too busy”, so I just let them change tyre.they change tyre and air in then strip tyre again, because second hand tyre was punctured.when they finished he gave me nothing information, so I asked is it had puncture? he said fixed no leaks, and put it on the car.I checked tyre when back to the site I found damage on side wall which is inside. it’s not leaking but they should not sell it.

Had a problem with a slow puncture and rocked up at 11.30 on Saturday and the manager Jacob was so helpful and understanding. Fixed the puncture and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and value. Thanks to Jacob and the crew. (Irish bloke.)

Had hit kangaroo and was stuck in Katherine for car towed here and boy's were nice enough to let me keep car till parts got there which was a process ordered and paid for shipping myself to find out starter motor didn't work so had to put pulls one in ....boys took entire day to do and.dis rego. Check and other clients tyres and charged me 6.5 hours labour at 150 and they were not even working on my car the whole time .I just removed and put in a new starter motor myself yltook me three hours ....what a rip off goes to show.take.advantage of women travelling on there own.woupd not recommend.

I can’t say enough about how great these guys were today. Tried 3 places in Katherine to have someone look at the mechanical problem. At the fourth, Goodyear, Jacob managed to fit me in at very short notice. I was hoping for a temporary solution to get me 3,500ks home. Anthony did a weld which I had been told wasn’t possible - an amazing job. I put up on Facebook how great they had been and friends commented that while travelling they had an issue and limped into Katherine late. The guys stayed back to fix it. Simply wonderful, these days unbelievable service - and we can never thank you enough.
