Some glass was left on back seat and and ceiling cover was not put back. Had to call them back to fix it. Otherwise all is good.

I was fortunate to find this gem of a business manager called Jeff. It was Friday morning that I managed to totally shatter the rear window of the car with my garage door. Don't ask.A few phone calls later and I found this business. Jeff the manager confirmed that the window was in stock. Saturday morning I was at the business before Jeff arrived. The workers were there and we had a chat.Jeff arrived and I left. Two hours later I received a call that the car was finished.The rear glass was done. The car was vacuumed and no glass pieces were left in the boot of the car. Not even a single fingerprint on the new glass.Jeff came to the rescue when needed. Quick service and very competitive price. How do I know that? Today is Sunday and Two other businesses finally called me back with quotes. Both higher than what I paid. Thanks Jeff and team. Highly recommended.

I took my car in to check if I needed a new windscreen. They repaired my original Mercedes windscreen chip while I waited. Great job. Almost impossible to see the repair. The cost was covered by NRMA. Very friendly and professional staff.

The most useless windscreen reparers in Sydney. When they were fitting a new windscreen, they spreaded black silicon all over the bonnet. Then it took them 3 months to order a window trim to finish their job. I had to call plenty of times to remind them and get an update. It resulted in damaging my car wrap, not fitting the trim properly and dealing with an arogant manager (a new one) who did not want to admit their mistake and only had stupid excuses.

I had my screen replaced at the Artarmon branch. The replacement screen was cracked so they had to obtain another. It did extent the wait but they where pleasant and apologetic, hence the 4 star rating.

Very dissatisfied with their Artarmon store. Fitted the incorrect windscreen then tried to blame it on the insurance company and myself.Damaged the mirror surround and broke the wiring harness clip for the mirror so the cover no longer fitsLeft wires hanging down about 25cm from my dashcam that were all neatly tucked away beforehand when it was professionally installed.

Instant windscreen at Artarmon were extremely professional and easy to deal with. I shopped around but found the best deal here. Very happy with the tint job, it couldn’t be better!!

I came here on 1 Apr '23 to fix a chip on my front windscreen, to avoid it from cracking further. However, instead of having it fixed, the repair made the windscreen cracked further beyond repair and I had to go through my motor insurance to have it fully replaced. Accidents do happen, but they decline their responsibility of the poor workmanship that is just beyond my understanding. Best to make sure you have your windscreen covered in the insurance before going in.
