What an amazing team of people! From the minute I called to the minute our gorgeous boy come home you could never know how much you helped my family start to try and heal from the loss of our beautiful Ollie. From your kind words and calming nature to the care of ensuring everything was exactly what we wanted. The urn and jewellery is just stunning and we cannot wait to receive our paw prints along side the picture that shows a piece of a puzzle we can no longer replace in our little family. Pets at peace were so comforting and gentle during the whole process of having my beautiful family dog Chloe cremated.I'm so happy with their service and the little touches of having a rose on the bed when they collected her and dropped her off was beautiful and made me feel like they really cared for my dog as much as we did. I would like to thank this beautiful family business. It is really evident that they do this work from the heart. From the phone call, to the pickup and hand delivery. Liam who picked up my beloved cat was extremely patient and so kind: letting me take my time to say goodbye. He told me stories of his own dog 'his baby', rooster 'Elvis' and the animals he knew who have since passed: this helped me realise that it's ok to feel this much pain. Thank you.I've never received this kind of care from the other pet cremation services. Since I mentioned I was getting the small urn (as I was ordering a custom one online) they immediately suggested that they would keep the lid unsealed. The urn & plaque is still beautiful and the rose and poem were such a beautiful surprise. I am forever grateful.

I would like to thank the team immensely from Pets at Peace.My sweet guinea pig (Pig) passed away suddenly and the man who picked him up was very kind and gentle with my boy.I appreciate the kindness and effort that was put in to ensurePig was at rest and home before Christmas.I cannot thank you enough...The service was very beautiful, swift and an easy process in regards to planning. At my request, i received the blanket he had been wrapped in perfect condition with a rose on behalf of the business.I highly recommend Pets at Peace if considering pet cremation.

Pets at Peace looked after my beautiful Border Collie last week. I have previously had them attend another dog a few years ago. They happily answered my request to do another name tag as the Vet had misspelt my Tillie's name ...they fixed it even after all these years. The young man who came to take my Tess last week was so kind and attentive and the office staff were very kind.I have it on first hand knowledge that a fledgling Vet dealt with Pets at Peace and I am completely assured that they treat pets with the utmost respect
