Took our phone orders for a load of adult meals plus 2x kids combos.Knowing full well they didn't have pop top juices. Of course I wasn't told this till I got there..Wouldn't provded the larger 400ml to go with the combo even when offered to pay the difference.Kids ended up having HJs instead.How not to do customer service.

REVOLTING SERVICE! We are currently supporting disabled members of our community who are in isolation by arranging meals, collection of groceries and accessing services. We have had 2 clients now who were denied the use of a $5 coupon they had as they saw our staff member had been to their business before. And they deliberately ignored allergen information on our clients order so she is now out of pocket and without a meal while affected by Covid. Staff were rude to our staff member who was only there to deliver a meal. Save your money and go to Pizza & Coal instead!UPDATE - Our lovely support worker just finished a 10 hour day and popped in to grab her dinner only to get abused by the staff for our review!!!If I could give less stars I would! You don't even deserve one!

We've ordered from Noodle Box Duncraig twice in the last few weeks and both times have been absolutely delicious! Arrives super quick and hot, huge serves and so tasty! Lots of plant based options too which is awesome!

All the staff are friendly and their delivery of food is extremely quick. Highly recommend due to their service and quality of food always being on par.

I've been coming here for years. It has rebranded as Noodle Box but the staff and food are the same. The staff are always friendly and the food is consistently good.My goto's are the Singapore Noodle and the Hot and Spicy Noodles.

Every time I order something with ingredient modifications they dump a bunch of chilli into my food. It’s happened so many times now that honestly pretty certain they do it out of spite. Don’t waste your money like they waste food.
