I went there Sunday this week and the waiters were really nice. I saw with my own two eyes that the manager slapped a waiter. It was a very displeasing experience. I suggest you get a new manager.

As a Lebanese person, this is probably the best Lebanese food I've had at a restaurant. I've come here on a few occasions with work. The lamb Mansaf is especially great - very tender, well seasoned and generously portioned. Same for their grilled meats.I have never been disappointed with the food but I am disappointed with how they passionately defend charging for table water. The reason: because they don't serve alcohol.. Fair enough, but this is not such a casual setting as fast food where you buy a plastic bottle with your meal. Customers already pay a decent amount for the food. What does chilled tap water cost? It's extremely stingy and not reflective of Lebanese hospitality at all

Came to the restaurant for Iftar buffet, food was good until I found 2 seperate hairs in 2 different meals. Manager came highly rude and explain that she sorry this has never happened before where I politely replied well this has happened now and all she could say was she’s sorry. Terrible service by rude manager who dosent know anything regarding food safety regarding hair nets for people preparing food. Very rude, very obnoxious and has a terrible attitude. Will not be retuning to this jungle of an institution.

We had a family Iftar at their buffet tonight, I had to leave this review before I even left the place that’s how impressed I was. Food was on another level by far the best buffet we’ve been to this month but more than that was the friendly service of the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. This place will definitely become a regular spot for my family

Our family love dining here. Service is immaculate and the food is always amazing! We absolutely love it! We bought family from NZ here tonight and they were raving about it, especially being their first taste of middle eastern cuisine.We had so much more food but I only managed to take pics of the garlic prawns. Coming here again for sure!

Having had taken away food previously. I thought at 5 pm on a Sunday it would be no issue. Very awkward space when waiting for take away so tried to plan it well and sent husband to go get. I attempted to then call in and was met with a response we don't do pick up orders. I explained I have done take away previously. It then changed to we don't do it on the weekend. I pleaded that my husband was on the way could they just allow it this time. They did not care. This is in villawood, nicer restaurants would not reject customers take away orders. I think this experience demonstrates how poor their customer service was and i refuse to support such a place. I had recommended this place for a work function in July and I am absolutely going to withdraw that and share what disappointment I had experienced today. Even after pleading that my husband was already on the way to pick up. Again, this was at 5pm on a Sunday. A good will gesture to just allow it this time would have spoken volumes. The rejection just shows how greedy and uncaring they are.
