Got a Toro mower a while ago trouble from the start. Would not push button start after charging.Took it back for two hour service blamed me for getting the mower wet ,charged me for a fuse.Still wouldn't charge after service took it back,skinny guy there with a beard said the wiring harness was faulty gave me a few fuses said he would ring the dealer.The Toro is a piece of junk used it 8 times.Staff are so rude. Never buy a Toro never use thi dealer.Never rang me back.Toro Toro Toro are a terrible mower Don't even walk I the front door of this dealer. Terrible people.Buyer beware.

Took my Honda in for rough running and not evacuating grass.Runs beautifully.Still doesn't evacuate grass very well at all like it did when new.

I put my victa commercial mower in for a service with these guys I was told there was a 2-3 week wait. After 7 days they contacted me and said it's ready and the self drive needed repairing they charged me$150. I got it home and noticed the same spark plug was still in it and the throttle cable was broken. It wouldn't start. Took it to a guy working out of his back shed and he said the auto choke was faulty and the self drive was full of grass cuttings , he got it running perfectly. Basically these guys did nothing I will never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.

I highly recommend this business! Karen answered my call promptly (some places didn't even answer) & was very helpful. When I went in to view the whipper snipper I was looking at purchasing, Jon attended to me immediately & explained everything about how to use it & most importantly how to change the trimmer cord. He was amazing!! Best customer service I've had in a long time!!
