Please don't send with them, don't trust them. I sent a shipment and after 2 months the mobile number not working and for the lady name Farrah. I have photo for her. I am going to give it to the police station and put it to all Facebook pages

The staff in Sydney were professional and helpful before I sent my belongings to Lebanon. Now they won’t answer me or compensate me for my loss.I sent between 800-900kgs with Sabtek in October 2021. My most valuable items, all my power tools and kitchen appliances, have been ‘lost’. I have been trying to get an answer from them for over a year.Their final answer was my final “8 boxes have been lost or stolen in transit from their Tripoli warehouse”. (Actual quote)They no longer respond to me and refuse to compensate me., even though they stated insurance was includedI paid them many thousands to ship my goods to Lebanon and they blackmailed me $100’s USD more, if I wanted my belongings delivered. I paid and waited for many months …I have all communication with them in writing and they cannot deny it.BEWARE!
