I have been a client of Andrews for a number years now and have always been very happy with the knowledge and expertise he provides.More recently, I have had neck and back issues developed from having poor posture sitting in front of the computer. Andrew was able to release the tension in those areas with deep tissue massage and also educated me with certain exercises to follow to prevent me from experiencing this again.As a PT, he has also been helpful in developing the correct form for my squat and deadlifts, ensuring that I protect my spine whilst performing this exercises.

I had been dealing with a lower back pain for over 8 months before I started to get treatment at QS Massage. After only three treatments I saw significant improvements and am now finally back feeling as healthy as ever. The team had not only provided some major relief by massaging, but also shared some incredible advice on how to work and position my core to avoid these issues moving forward.I can't recommend this team enough and hope anyone looking to get some muscle relief or advice should pay them a visit!

My partner and I have been training and receiving treatment from Andrew for approx 8 years. When Andrew set up his new training / massage studio we in a different suburb we followed him - he’s that good.The gym set up is excellent, good range of free weights and machines for a rounded workout guided by Andrew. He is all about attention to detail and has a razor sharp focus on correct technique. He’s patient and pushes me to train to my capacity.I’ve also received massage treatment from Andrew to relieve back pain that crops up every now and then as a result of my desk job / bad posture. Andrew applies incredibly accurate pressure and fixes the problem areas efficiently
