After running out of gas on Christmas Day Tarrants came to our rescue on Boxing Day, delivering our gas promptly and unexpectedly on a public holiday! Dennis was fantastic, advising us of replacement parts and giving us much needed information on the replacement of our gas. Being a local and family company they gave us a service that is unseen in larger conglomerates. Always a fantastic service. We have a holiday rental in Culburra Beach, Tarrants have always delivered on time every time and gone out of their way to help when needed. Being in Sydney, it's a relief to have a local supplier with old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend this company.

So glad a friend told me about black cat gas. We completely ran out of gas and called our usual supplier (supagas - who are always rude on the phone)… 4 days wait even after telling them we have a newborn and toddler (which meant no hot water or cooking).So, I called Black cat gas and they had bottles delivered to us within a few hours! Lifesavers! Won’t ever use anyone else! Make a switch and support this local company!Thanks again! Appreciate the quick delivery!!

I have recently moved over from another Gas Company for bottled Gas for the home as they took upwards of 3-4 weeks to deliver a Gas Bottle & would never EVER answer their phones. I use 1 bottle every 3-4 weeks so need to make sure we turn these bottles over in a timely matter. Not only does Black Cat have an awesome user friendly online platform but the service I have received so far is way beyond what I expected. I am very happy my large Family will never have to have cold showers again. It is also a BONUS that they are a local Family Business.
