They did a great job on my front door and it looks great. But they broke my back sliding door and refuse to fix it (lived at the house for 7 months without any issues with the door until they took it off to rescreen it, now it won't stay on) The worker who came to do the original work was very friendly! The manager who I spoke to about the back door is very rude and unhelpful

Zero stars..... Went into purchase a u channel piece of aluminum which I was informed that I was unable to purchase it because ‘THEY’ don’t use it for shower screens yet they sell it..... the lady tried to tell me that you must use their brackets and refused to sell it to me again not understanding I don’t care what they use it for, I simply wished to purchase the item. Useless.

Professional service from quote to installation. I would highly recommend the invisy guard screens and doors. This is the second time we have used lockout, highly recommend this company. Chris did an awesome job with al the window and door installations, great attention to detail.
