Tracey is just a delight to deal with. She knew exactly what needed to be tweaked" in my home to make the space so much more warm and inviting. I was able to use some of my current furniture and Tracey got me to look at other items I would not normally have considered

Tracey is an amazing local (we are in Blackburn) interior designer that challenged us to go outside of our 'boring' comfort zone. She was always open to feedback and made changes where necessary. Tracey was great at working within our budget and was so accommodating of any feedback. We are very happy with the look so far, still awaiting the arrival of a new couch and a custom designed light to go over our new round dining table. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey and will be using her in the future for other rooms in our house.

Bright side interiors/Tracey is so amazing, I can't recommend her highly enough. She's not only professional and her designs amazing, She is also such a lovely personality to work with. She is so understanding and goes the extra length to make her customers happy. In my case I had several non standard requirements, one of which bring my requirement to be more involved in the design and selection of fabric and Furniture and Tracey was not only accomodating, we had heaps of fun doing it. We have had so many unanticipated issues going on with our Building project, and during it all, Tracey has been so understanding and kind. If I ever I have another interior design project planned Tracey is the only designer I will hire. I am so happy with her interior design for our home, I cant wait to see it come to life.

Highly recommended Tracey. We initially had her for the 2 hours face to face consultation for our newly bought 25yo property. The consultation was extremely helpful. Tracey’s advice on the spatial planning was enlightening and she also gave me the confidence on making decisions for the paint colours, the flooring and the curtains and it dramatically improved the outlook of the place when we needed to have all these done urgently before we moved in. We subsequently had Tracey’s help to procure furnitures and lightings for our living room, dining room, and the entrance. All the furnitures are in great quality (one mirror was damaged and Tracey communicated with the supplier and resolved immediately). It saved us lots of time and headaches at furnitures shopping. We received lots of compliments for our new house.

Tracey helped my husband and I come up with a functional and stylish space in our second living area. We really had no idea how to design the space which was a unique shape, quite dark and the first impression of the house. Tracey was generous with her time and expertise. She was also very organised, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be asking Tracey for interior design help again in the future! Our family and friends are so impressed with how the space looks. We feel proud to show it off.

Tracey did an incredible job with her designs for our home in Forest Hill. We were pretty unsure at the start as to what we would want for our home, and needed someone to take us through the process, understanding our needs and wants at every turn. Tracey responded patiently to our many questions and never once made us feel like we were a bane or an ordeal. She also delivered splendid designs, which we absolutely adore. The custom bedroom door she miraculously conjured up from that active mind of hers left us in complete awe. We now look forward to going to bed every night, simply to spend the first few minutes marveling at her brainchild. Being a whiskey snob, and always wanting a whiskey bar at home (but failing miserably at pulling together a simple PowerPoint presentation, let alone a beautiful bar design), I entrusted Tracey with ideating and visualising my dream whiskey room. Not only did she succeed in delivering to my loosely concocted vision, she blew it completely out of the water. I now sit in my whiskey room, reveling in its grandiosity and intricate beauty, often times forgetting to have a drink in hand! We cannot recommend Tracey enough. She is a bonafide, true-blue, gun interior designer. And if you have an idea (I didn't, I merely had a need for something different!), but don't really know what to do with it or how to expand on it, pick up the phone and give Tracey a call. She will make your dreams come true, some of which you never knew you had until she shows it to you. Oh... and she also brings coffee to your first meeting. How good is that!

We did not know our home could look as good as it does now after our consultation with Tracey. She went above and beyond and took time to explain how things should be placed per our house structure and what that placement would add to our home aesthetically. We followed her advice word by word, and we are in love with our new setup. Thank you so much, Tracey. You’ve been incredible, and we cannot wait for you to work on the little details in our home soon.

I hired Tracey from Bright Side Interiors to help with the interior design of my kitchen, living and dining rooms in Blackburn. We waited a couple of weeks to get in with Tracey, but it was worth the wait! She immediately looked around my house, asked me some great questions and understood my style. She listens first and doesn’t just barge in with her own agenda. What she created for me has made my home a beautiful and stylish, yet functional and relaxed space. Everyone who visits us looks around and their first word is generally, “Wow!” I would recommend Tracey any day! She’s down to earth, efficient and very experienced.

Tracey has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has helped us overhaul the entry, lounge and main bedroom of our newly built townhouse - which previously were bare and underwhelming. We are currently waiting for a few more pieces to arrive from suppliers, but those that have already arrived we are more than pleased with. We completed our consultations entirely remotely, but that was not an impediment at all. Based on some inspiration pics and photos/videos of our existing spaces, Tracey has designed beautiful rooms with high quality furnishings, rugs and paintings, and has also designed a beautiful bespoke fireplace and built in TV unit which we can't wait to build! I would highly recommend Tracey and Bright Side Interiors to anyone who is looking to make any large furnishing or decorative decisions for their home; she is professional, responsive and no question or idea is too silly for her. My only regret is that I hadn't reached out sooner! Thank you for making this a stress free process!

Tracey is a very talented interior designer. She was able to create the vision that I wanted to achieve for the interior of my home. She helped furnish and style all the rooms of my townhouse. She also assisted with designing my fireplace. I found her to be really approachable, patient and accommodating. I had spoken to a few interior designers before employing Tracey. Her talent, attitude and professionalism stood out from the rest by far. My furniture is on its way and I am looking forward to it all coming together.
