Ordered 2 meal. Open the box one had just old chewey meat and noodles nothing but liquid. Supposed to be a stir fry hot pot. Next one nasi gorang row rice seeds that breaks in the mouth count eat more than one spoon and extreme amount of some seer sauce that made it almost a honey or a jam dessert not fried rice. Worse I have ever eaten. No meat no veg few dry prawns almost 40 dollars no dinner. I was unwell couldn’t drive called them but the phone doesn’t work. Worse food I have ever had

We ordered noodle box on Sunday and had one of the worst experiences. The gentleman serving us was rude and it looked like he didn’t want to be there.The noodles and veggies were not fresh, and the amount of sauce added became a soup dish. Such a disappointment since the other noodle box franchises are fantastic.

Horrible service ! Messed up my order completely and was asking to come back for a refund. Driving up and down? Are they paying for my petrol because I live 20 mins away? Ordered no eggs in my noodles, they put egg. I got horrible allergic reaction. Anyone who works in customer service should know that customer comes first. At our work we follow this rule, that is why our business gets better rates.

Really rude service. Waited 15 minutes, then I run away when I saw the guy handling salad with his uncovered hands after have touched money.Oh, I even paid. But preferred avoid any stomach problems...I suggest the owner a training to his worker.

I came in to see the worker on his phone, when i ordered he kept asking me to repeat what i wanted and he still got the order wrong. i went back to my apartment and noticed there was no meat in there so i had to go all the way back and he immediately started to argue with me saying i never said that i asked for beef when i did many times and wanted me to pay extra which i definitely wasn’t doing. Not to mention, the pineapple was off and tasted horrible. Get better workers, i feel like the one everyone’s talking about in these reviews is the same person because he does come off as rude and likes to argue.

Called numerous. Went in there to order and there were no customers at all, the guy was just too lazy to answer the phone. Really poor service.
