Noisy when staying in the rooms at the front the road traffic is bad , the windows aren’t soundproof. There was no blind in one of the windows just frosted glass and therefore if you’re sensitive to light you’ll be awake pretty early . There were a few other teething issues with the beds and cleaning that were past on It’s a new complex so hopefully they’ll take the feedback given onboard and do something

Fantastic customer service, very accommodating with clear communication. Good, clean, warm facilities. Could maybe do with some more cooking utensils (eg mixing bowl, colander) but otherwise well stocked. Local grocery centre and other restaurants within an easy walk. We stayed as part of a large group. Would be hapy to stay here again.

Really nice room and comfy bed with great sized tv and powerful aircon. Reception staff informative and friendly.$10 parking fee sprung on me at check in and didnt realise only the apartments had laundry facilities, but found a great laundry at Arkaba shops

The accommodation was conveniently located near our dining venue.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, modern and cool on a hot night. Our bed was comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights in a double room, very comfortable and conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in/out process. Has a lift to upper floors which is a plus! Look forward to staying again in the future.

Fantastic modern rooms and beautiful friendly staff. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean and fresh with a beautiful feel.Apartments have everything you need and more. Feel very secure and safe here. On top of all that they have pet friendly rooms that AREN'T the budget cabins people with their fur babies often get chucked into. Reasonably priced too.Great off street parking. Highly recommend and will stay in the future. Thank you

As a new build there are some little teething issues like excess water leak in showers but they are onto them. Other than that, the building managers were friendly and attentive, the motel room was massive, very comfortable for an 8 day stay. I also saw the 2 bedroom apartments and they too are huge and very comfortable for 3-4 adults staying 8 days. I didnt experience the traffic noise others have mentioned even though I was at the end of the row and right on the highway. Plenty of parking, easy access. VERY comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. No complaints, thanks for a great stay

Staff are lovely, bathroom is modern. Everything was lovely until I got into bed. We had a room with a king" bed... turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together. Would of been fine if it didn't have a sink hole in the middle

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment at the rear of the property. The apartment is new & felt it. The beds & bed linen were comfortable & good. Bathroom towels & offerings a bit lean. The lounge chairs weren't so comfy. Saying that though, we liked our separate entry & car space as it was quiet being away from main road nearby. Reception was good too.
