I recently came in to get a quick subway order after i went to Aldinga beach, following this i was forced to wait in line for about 25 mins usually i would not be mad by this as i understand that many fast food places can become busy easily especially as it’s a public holiday. Today however i was extremely angered and upset as there was one person serving, while the other two workers present were doing unuseful tasks like mopping and cleaning dishes while everyone in line was complaining. as i’ve worked in hospitality before i can see this is the case. asked the lady (Dakota) politely to serve in which she responded ‘no i’m mopping the floors’ when asked why she then said ‘i was told to clean’.After being approached a second time by another customer Dakota then decided it would be good to serve whilst making my food however when asking her why she started serving another customer while my food was toasted and ready to be finished, she proceeded to swear at me and be disrespectful to the following customers.However Angus who was new to the store helped everyone in serving as quick as possible. Thumbs up to angus for his service.

Amazing service from the staff there (Ashanti, Luke, and Dakota) they were so helpful and fast with making my order the other week and I went back today and was treated well and was even offered to have my subs wrapped separately by Dakota to make less of a hassle for myself. Five out of five stars this place is wonderful and I will definitely be coming again.

Almost every time I’ve come here, I’ve had a bad experience. I pre-ordered by the OTR app so all I had to do was pick the order up and “skip the queue”. There was a huge queue and only about 1-2 staff actually working there, I queued to collect my order and when I got to the front of the queue, the woman said “Oh yes, I’ll just get STARTED on that one now”. What on earth is the point of ordering online if I still have to queue up and wait! So much for”skipping the queue”

Great service with sub and wrap platters for my sons wedding lunch!So accommodating with changes I wanted to make with vegan/vego family members. Would definitely recommend!
