Spent almost a year trying to get the car fixed. Consistently called every few months to see how it was going. Was told the parts been ordered

Staff here are rude & not willing to help. My mum walked in on her own looking for a car - she is unexperienced in cars & has no idea what she is looking for and needing assistance. 2 staff looked at her & looked away so she kept walking to another staff member which started helping her but not with much interest in it, as this was happening another staff member came up and asked her to move her car so the staff member she was talking too said oh looks like we will talk another time" my mum then walked out feeling embarrassed & stupid. Treat your patrons with more respect & time. How do you even sell cars with that kind of attitude - from someone that comes from this background this is disgusting service. Everyone deserves the time & help they are looking for."

These guys at Keystar Kia Rothwell are super stars! We ordered a vehicle, our circumstances changed and they were happy to release us from the contract. Hassel free and with smiles. I am overwhelmed by the kindness and understanding of all the Team there. Highly recommend!! If we ever do move back to the area and are seeking a second car, this is the place I'll be getting my new car from! Excellent service all round! We were looking for a new car to replace my mums old Toyota Rav4 we looked at so many cars and we decided on a SUBARU FORRESTER S great value for money very safe car we have had the car for 2 years now and love it I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. We purchased our Isuzu D-Max from Norris Motor Group Brendale. The sales experience was average and service department is woeful. We take our new Isuzu D-Max to Keystar Rothwell where the service department is excellent.

Salesmen don’t come anywhere near you!! It’s perfect! If you need help you go and inside and get one. EXACTLY HOW IT SHIULD BE. I never feel uncomfortable coming here and having to hide from people. 10/10! This is not satire. I’m being serious! Please continue to stay away from me ❤️

Great service from Tom. He was very patient with us as we wrestled with which car to buy. Also super helpful finding out info for all our questions. If you are looking for a car I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
