After a ridiculous quote from another company, I took the advice of a friend and called Thompson Air. Aaron came out and filled me in on the true situation regarding my options for getting my ducted AC problems fixed. His team were quick and efficient, completing the installation in less than half a day. And, wanting to make sure the job was done right, they visited me again the next day to add some extra bracing, just in case of a freak weather event. I highly recommend Thompson Air because of their industry knowledge, honesty and customer-first approach.

Great value for money on our ducted AC for a challenging property (1800s cottage). But nothing was too much trouble for the Thomsons guys, and the aftercare/service has been excellent too. Thanks guys, would highly recommend.

After using Thompson Air 15 years ago with a great outcome, I again contacted them for our current air conditioning needs. Aaron has taken over the business from his father and is knowledgeable, friendly and professional in his approach. The installation work was carried out in tradesman like fashion, with the team on the day answering all of my queries. Their price also represented excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

They arrived on time, installed the new air conditioner with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. They are very professional but friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

An absolutely appalling experience with Aron at Thompson Air. After alot of back and forth emails with Aron in regards to damage to my roof from Thompson Air it showed in the emails the absolute inappropriate manner he has and not willing to resolve any problems that may arise.Today when he arrived I was greeted with a man who was extremely agitated, unwilling to listen, aggressive and to be frank acting like a child ( waving arms around) . I had to ask several times for this man to stop yelling and get out of my house! (at which one point i had to grab him by the back of his shirt to stop him going further through my house without permission).To which he refused and I had to threaten to call the police. His mannerisms expressed a man with behavioural issues and i feel unsafe to be around. He actually did not leave the property.His apprentice was who I had tohave correspondence with.He also threatened to sue me if I give bad review.I would never recommend using this company and I certainly will be contacting his supplier to let them know who is representing their product.I have all unprofessional emails and photos of the damaged caused to which he obviously denies and now we have to repair a roof on a brand new house.Steer clear from this company at all costs! Such a shame he has a great apprentice but treats him like dirt.

Just had my air conditioning unit replaced by Aaron and his team. Trades arrived on time, did a great job. Explained how the new unit worked and were easy to chat with. The area was left clean. Happy to recommend them.

Thompson Air is a very professional, reliable, friendly, family business. Service is A1. No messing around. The owner Aaron was excellent as were the 3 guys who installed my new Ducted Inverter Cooling/Heating system. The company was recommended to me by a neighbour. Top Company!

5 years ago we contracted Aaron from Thompson Air to install a Split System air conditioner. When our daughter needed a new air conditioner there was no hesitation to again contact Thompson Air. They arrive on time, are neat, clean and very pleasant and helpful. All areas were left in an A1 condition. This is our 3rd recommendation and would be pleased to refer anyone to this excellent company.
