I booked two trips with these guys back in DecemberThe Yongala was cancelled two weeks ago so was able to book with a reputable dive center who took me out 12th March. I was booked to do MOUA 14th of March and was cancelled 13th at 4.30pm no chance to make other arrangements. So out of two dives booked with Adrenalin non went ahead. Please guys if you're travelling from the other side of the world to dive DON'T RELY OUT THIS LOT.Shower of S#!t comes to mind.To say I'm disappointed is an understatement

Great 3D3N liveaboard trip with the guys, was well run, food was good, the bedding could be modernised but overall great trip and would recommend anyone to go diving with these guys. Paul and crew were all professional and extremely knowledgeable and the diving was incredible!

As you may already read in the other comments, this company is used to cancel the trip it organizes so if you really want to visit the reef barrier I would absolutely not use this company and would recommand you to go to Cairns or another spot where the companies are more trustable. Sad that we visited Townsville with the goal to visit the reef barrier and we couldn’t do it.As well before you book it they never said that it will depend on the number of people booking the same cruise.

Trip cancelled less than half a day prior to departure despite conditions being excellent out in the ocean. Was given no explanation. Refunded my money but not the booking fee. There are much more transparent reliable operators.

Stay away from this diving center. We called them to book a day tour to the great barrier reef.We booked on the phone, giving them our credit card detail. They told us we would have been receive a mail, that never arrived. The afternoon before the diving they just sent us a message that the tour was deleted. We called them and they told that the minimum number of people to make the tour had not been achieved. When we booked, they never told that this could happen. As result, we had no chance to see the great barrier reef.Really unprofessional, it never happened to us in any of the diving centers we have been.Really not recommended.

I came to Townsville with my two brothers to dive the world famous Yongala wreck and also to get my advanced open water license. The staff at the dive office was very polite and helpful with every inquiry that we had. Also the service on board was outstanding and the dives fascinating. Nadine even brought us our suitcases to the Marina as soon as we got back from the dive trip so that we could rush off without returning to the dive shop. 10/10 would recommend for every diver looking for some beautiful and thrilling dives in the Townsville area!

Went on the 3Day 3Night Liveaboard on board the Sea Esta with Paul (Skipper, I'd trust him with my life on the water) Brendan and Kerrie (Instructors/DMs) and the two work experience boys (who were amazing company.) Although there was an air of disorganisation with the crew, the overall experience was both one of the best ever, and worst ever(weather dependent, not reflective of the business.)The Sea Esta is a bordering ancient fishing vessel converted for diving and during our trip we had adverse weather conditions (1-2m large swells.) This combined with the badly-ageing on-board accommodation (below deck accommodation had the engine room next door and diesel fumes.) But arguably the best spot to tackle the relentless boat rocking. This combined with site relocations in the middle of the night meant not much sleep for me, which is manageable. As someone who's spent plenty of time on 4-8m fishing boats and larger ferries I struggled with this medium sized boat. (-1 star.)Pro Tip: when the engine starting up wakes you up, take pills immediately so they take affect before the boat reaches the open water and bring ear plugs, the industrial type.Schedule: Cold Breaky > Dive > Hot Morning Tea/Breaky > Dive > Relocation/Lunch > Dive(Orientation for night) > afternoon tea/dinner > Night Dive > Relocation(post midnight)Your typical morning will consist of a cold breakfast and coffee/tea facilities first thing in the morning. You will then get a site brief complete with a whiteboard drawing of the surrounding area with recommended routes and points of interest. The more experienced divers will enter first with beginners or those on lessons going in after (generally in order of who's ready and who's not.) After the Dive gear off, have a warm breakfast/morning tea and another dive, schedule above this paragraph.Pro Tip: pack as many towels as your bags will allow, there is little to no space on board for things to dry so expect everything to stay wet for the duration of the trip. Also pack plastic bags to store wet things in.Now to the Dives themselves. I'm an beginner to intermediate level Diver (about 25dives) with dives in all sorts of exotic locations like Bali(hahaha exotic... No seriously the diving there is great.) Fiji, Tahiti, Hawaii etc. But these sites Paul and the crew brought us too were bordering world class amazing sites. I can't spoil it for you but I can say they're top of the list. This sentiment was shared by all the divers on our trip, some with 30+ years of diving experience around the world. Yongala can't be recommended enough, you will not see marine life as dense and as large anywhere else in the world, you must go!All the crew shared a combined love for the preservation of these reefs (Kerrie above all) which was greatly appreciated. We dived reefs with no fishing restrictions, then the very same day dived another that did have restrictions, the difference in waste (fishing lines, anchors, Speers etc ) as well as fish populations was astounding and really hammered home how we need a push to preserve these areas for future generations.Quick Review: Boat is old, expect not much sleep, highly dependent on weather and fellow company on board. We had an absolute amazing experience that I'll recommended for the rest of my life, hats off to the crew for being great company, instructors and professional boaters.

Did the Yongala wreck dive and it was incredible! The weather was not great (not their fault haha) which made the trip there a bit rough but they did everything they could to try and accommodate. All the staff (admin or on the boat) were super helpful, encouraging and friendly :) , especially Ari! Highly recommend this company and the dive. A must do for scuba divers!!
