At first I was hesitant…. However when I walked in the staff at the front desk were all super lovely and the doctor was also great too.Would definitely come back :) wait time was only about 20mins

Hopeless service... No patient was waiting two doctors on duty. But Doctor took 45mins to come out. ***No GP shortage.... GP of this center are dead lazy.** Why you need three reception staff... When only want to serve 1 patient in 1hour.

Receptionist Very Rude & Damaging for reputation of Drs & Practice & basically avoiding patients....Plz change receptionist .....

One of the best medical centres there is. Every time I've visited the doctor, the receptionists and doctors are friendly and kind. They always go over and beyond to help me. Clean and tidy which is a huge plus! Close to public transport as well.

The Most un-proffesional Medical Practice there is in Sydney unfortunately. The reception staff have so much attitude and they expect you to be understanding whilst they have a go at you if you dont comply with there un-proffesional communication god help you, the screaming match begins. Its embarassing for someone to literally attend a practice with no proper english spoken they speak over you they know how to rouse you up and then play the victim later on when you speak up for yourself. Im sick of receptionists there who think there GOD and can treat you like garbage and speak to you how they please. I understand everyone has a day which is not there though its not our problem to put up with it. I believe the ladies there should get a Psych evaluation done on themselves as there are very rude, moody and have witnessed being racist to an Indian non english speaking person which was also disgusting just because he couldnt speak the language properly he was being yelled at. This center has serious issues. The doctors there need proper medical receptionists who can handle being under pressure without making anyone feel un welcome. They need to be more calm, cool, and collected. Unfortunately this place is lacking that big time. Management please do look into your staff and have them trained accordingly. Teach them how they should speak to patients if they want respect. Its a two way street. Positive to positive, negative to negative !

Worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your time! Doctor had absolutely no idea what he was going on about

I found they very friendly. My GP, Dr Sivagowry Sivakumarvery kind and helpful. She listens to my each and every complain very carefully and tries his best to solve as early as possible. Staffs and Doctors are amazing.

Their Website says open till 6:30pm. I walked in at 5:39pm and receptionist looked at me with disappointment and said we are closing soon. When I mentioned I wish o see a Dr she shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with disgust. She was livid when I mentioned I have not been to the medical centre before.Ok if doctor doesn’t wish to see anyone just close the door. Patient goes to a doctor to get better not to service ego, bad attitude or plausible racial discrimination from a receptionist. Very disappointed.

This an amazing place, very tidy and clean. The staff are amazing and kind. I get treated so well when I come in. Everyone is supportive towards each other. I will continue to come back and highly recommend this centre to everyone.
