Werribee Jeep

I got my service done from Werribee Jeep. It was a free service. I mentioned the front desk guy that it needs new wipers as it doesn't clean the windscreen properly. This problem I had been facing since the day I picked up my Jeep from them. In the evening, When I went to pick up my Jeep, the same guy told me that he has changed the wipers. When I turned them on, it still wasn't cleaning. I was sure he didn't change them. He advised me to buy a product from Repco and rub it on my windscreen and then the wipers would work properly. I went to my own mechanic and told him about the problem. My mechanic had a look and told me that the wipers are old, stiff and they are no way near new. He replaced the wipers and now it cleans properly. The guy who served me at Jeep Werribee was very rude and didn't even let me speak. He wanted to prove me wrong. I wish I could take my Grand Cherokee somewhere else but unfortunately I can't because of warranty reasons

Both you and Anthony are assets to the company your team work together was amazing.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass Limited from Chris & the team at Werribee Jeep. It was good old fashion service; he was knowledgeable about the car helped with any questions we had & was even kind enough to deliver the vehicle to our home due to being busy at Christmas time. Happy customers :) Highly recommend Chris if you like excellent customer service!

Great experience, great stuffs. Chris was so helpful and went out of his way to ensure that as customers we get the best value and service. It was an amazing experience. They gave us enough time to come to our decision while buying an expensive car.

My partner and I took our car to this place with the most HORRIBLE customer service and ZERO RESPECT!We asked for the road worthy certificate and they picked many problems from a car that is new on purpose! They were charging almost AU$900 for a twisted seat belt that was not broken and should just be twisted back to the right position and which we did ourselves. If these problems were not enough, they deliberately broke our car’s indicator switch and also deliberately twisted fuse wire from the lights which was detected from another mechanic we took. Our car has never been taken to any other place before for service.We are taking them to court because they don’t want take responsibility at all for any damage! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE EVER IN LIFE!!!

NEVER OWNED A CAR WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS OR HAD A SERVICE EXPERIENCE THIS BAD. Bought a Jeep Compass in 2020, took 2 years to get a second key delivered (terms of the sale). Still waiting on the missing jack to be supplied. First time we tried to use the Mains Power Inverter it didn't work then we get told that we had broken it" and it's not covered by warranty. Outright price was as per market value, no sales pressure, provided info on status till delivery, and gave a few freebies which was so thoughtful. The dealership has a wide range of Jeep vehicles in display and very clean. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a Jeep.
