I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Nitschke regarding their agreement for grease trap services. Despite being a loyal customer, I found the terms of the agreement to be unfair and unjust.After signing the agreement for 40 months, I closed my business down, and despite the new owner being willing to continue using their services, Nitschke still demanded an early termination fee. This fee was not only unreasonable but potentially illegal, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. This behavior is unacceptable, and I do not wish for anyone else to fall victim to their unfair terms.Therefore, I highly recommend that potential customers avoid doing business with Nitschke. Be much much careful about their unfair agreement. If you have already in this trap, well, good luck.Overall, my experience with Nitschke has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I live in the Barossa Valley and wasn't sure if these guys would come out my way to pump our septic so left an email and they rang back the next day with the good news. The guy that came out was extremely professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and there was no mucking around. A large tree root had been growing in the septic tank because the lid had not been put on properly last time it was pumped (not Nitschke's fault). The worker helped me cut it off and drag it out. I really want to thank you again for a job well done. I would highly recommend Nitschke Liquid Waste for quality job at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

Nitschke were very easy to deal with. they showed up on time, their driver was friendly, professional and left no mess behind.
