Really happy with the finished product. Christian was helpful in explaining the product and assisting with my queries. Clayton arrived early, and did a good job with the install, and went above and beyond in his service. I ordered a reverse osmosis undersink system, and Clayton was able to squeeze in the large tank under the sink, and make some minor adjustments to the shelving to retain as much storage space as possible. Also loved the small bonus water testing kit that was thrown in, thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a undersink water filter.

I have recently had an under sink water purifier installed by Christian & Clayton at Biopure and the whole process from ordering to installation was absolutely faultless. We are extremely thrilled with the system and the water has never tasted so good. Clayton managed to tidy up the previous plumbing 'mess' under the sink prior to install and I even have more space than before! Clayton has been in this industry for a long time (30+ years) and takes pride in the quality of his work and the parts he uses to build their water filtration systems.After Clayton installed my reverse osmosis water filter, he waited for the tank to fill up enough so he could test it all before leaving. Clayton tested my normal tap against the system he just installed and showed me the results. I was very impressed with the results and I was filled with lots of confidence knowing I had chosen probably one of the best providers in Australia.I can not recommend Biopure enough. The product and the service is the top grade and you know they will be around for awhile, so it isn’t going to be a concern getting filters and servicing when needed.

After receiving a family recommendation, we organised Clayton to come up and complete a full filtration setup at our house in Brissy. He is such a friendly guy and did a really neat setup with the tank and filtration gear all fitting in nicely under our sink. We haven't owned our house for very long and didn't realise that the previous owner had used a common garden tap to connect the dishwasher into our main water pipe and didn't use a zip tie on the water outlet to stop the pipes from disconnecting so we could of easily woken up to a flooded house. Even though it had nothing to do with the water filter setup, Clayton removed the tap and fixed up all of the connections for us without charging us extra for the work. We honestly can't thank him enough. We tend to drink a lot more water these days because it tastes great so it's really been a win-win. Thanks again Clayton.

After doing enormous amount of research online for a new reverse osmosis water filter system, I found a huge variation in pricing and different unknown brands. We have a reverse osmosis system & we just love it!As well as the wonderful health benefits the water tastes amazing!Whenever we have had a service, quality parts have been used and testing has been performed in front of us so that we can see the difference in the water readings with & without the filter. A testing kit was also left for us to test the water ourselves if ever we feel the need. Great quality product, amazing after sales service. Highly recommend.
