The United Albion Mine Site
This used to be a large mining concern, but little remains but some brick footings and level patches where buildings once stood. It's worth being here to reflect on the endeavours of our mining forefathers in a time when any lucky worker could suddenly become rich.

A small number of ruins left here with the major one right at the carpark. As you wander around the area there is signs of other buildings that once stood in the vicinity.This spot is a short drive from Fridays campsite and is a good walk from the campsite. Well worth the visit if you are exploring the gold mining history in the area.
