“”DON’T BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS””I made an order 5 months ago spouse to be 8 weeks delivery( EMA103190) First they said was holiday period that’s why the delays and further calls they never give straight answer where the product is and when it’s coming I don’t genuinely believe they ordered my product at first place. And I requested a refund, somehow person who was looking my case quit refund done on a account not exist month ago and they said because it was a wrong account number they waiting bank to return their money so they can pay my money. I miss good old days where the car people were honest and had passion and pride about what they do Definitely not Engine Master Australia you should be ashamed about how you treat your customers and wasting people time with your fake excuses. Pay my money back please it’s already with ACCC and today will be making a complaint to Fairwork Australia as well. DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS SCAM ALLERT

Purchased a V8 bobtail marine engine. Was given a subpar engine build, wrong cam shaft for a carby engine without mechanical fuel pump driver lobe, no flywheel, no starter motor, no alternator, no wiring harness, brackets or plumbing and incorrect exhaust sizing. Quick to take my money, 5 months late in promised delivery date. Absolutely waste of time and money. Was told every story under the sun over why delivery was delayed. No response to emails. Subpar customer service and feel cheated.

I bought engine for impala and had no issues only wish now I bought onather for other car rather then wait for mechanic for year

rubbish company,I ordered the parts and it supposed to be expressed arrive in 2 days .after 2 weeks still hasn’t arrive and anytime I called seems no one care.never buy any part from this rubbish company

Terrible store, sold me the wrong part, returned it back , said they would give a refund and they didn't, false advertising sold a different product .do not buy from here staff have a terrible attitude, very dodgy business, give me my refund back , as you can see from from the pictures the sold a mg7012 and sold me a 7011, terrible business

Purchased a $5600 Hughes th400 gearbox that was in car for 2 months and done about 800km's before it broke. Spoke to Paul who said send some pictures of what broke and he would see what he could do, never responded back. Had a gearbox builder strip the box to find it had a seal damaged in assembly which caused to box to be completely destroyed. I then sent pictures of the unrepairable box along with the report from tear down to Paul to receive no reply. I tried calling Paul to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then be told he can't speak to me. Left a message for him to call me back but never did. Worst company i have EVER dealt with, happy to take your money but not willing to help you out.

I've ordered parts from all over the world and postage is always hit and miss. Can take months to come from one side of Australia. So after finding a part in Australia that I thought I had zero chance of finding. Not only was ema cheaper but I ordered on a Sunday. Recived a email on the Monday saying order processed and to my absolute shock it arrived at my door in Perth Tuesday lunch time. Now I know who I can get parts from fastGold star for you guys
