Where do I start with this amazing team of beautiful ladies. The booking experience was so easy both Jess and Sarah were so professional yet so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We were booked for the Saturday 18th for 5 people in total. The minute we walked in we were greeted by beautiful Jessica and her beautiful smile and welcoming energy and Ora. Explained the process and made us feel special before heading into our hour session with such talented and professional ladies who looked after us. We all had our own individual expert and I was so blessed to have had mine with the beautiful Rem, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable and I mean on top of her amazing skills and making me feel 10 years younger lol the quality and genuine conversations I had with you REM topped my experience. Thank you for sharing your time and providing such a beautiful experience. I appreciate you. Jessica we cannot thank you enough for your amazing service shows when you have a great leader, the results in staffing and atmosphere speaks for itself. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!P. S thank you Jess for our drinks at the pool, we were so grateful and we appreciate you.

Visited yesterday with a friend for three hours of the “freshly picked” treatments. Mine included a pregnancy massage and all I can say was that my three hours with Mikayla at spaQ were the best three hours I’ve ever spent in a day spa - around the world. She was incredibly kind, gentle when needed but managed to relieve all of the tension, pain and discomfort of pregnancy. The sea salt scrub was incredible as was the hair mask and scalp massage. We will definitely be back again and I will be requesting Mikayla! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful relaxing full body massage. My therapist, Zaina was amazing. The entire experience ended with steam room then relaxing drink in lounge. I will be back!

My husband and I have been coming to Spa Q in Surfers Paradise for quite a few years now on each occasion that we come up to Queensland from Melbourne. This is our first time to place a review, and we hope that everyone will see why we felt compelled to follow through and finally do it!We usually have a couples treatment that includes Wild Thyme Foot Therapy, relaxation massage (pressure to your liking), as well as an amazing facial. I believe this package is called The Suite Retreat.For some time now, my husband has had Mikayla and I have to say EVERY single time, he raves about her skill in massage as well as her knowledge base. He kept saying to me that I definitely need to have Mikayla at least once to experience how AMAZING she is, but how could I do that to my husband who clearly believes she is next level.On our last visit in early March this year, we went back for our usual package and of course my husband had the wonderful Mikayla. I had a lovely therapist named Sarah and I have to say OMG Sarah!!! Sarah is by far not only the best massage therapist that I have ever experienced, but also so incredibly knowledgeable about skin care. Sarah is so humble and gracious and I just had to tell her that I don’t think she knows how incredible and next level she also is. My husband was so, so, so HAPPY that I was truly looked after and that I got to experience how he has always felt each and every time with Mikayla.We cannot recommend highly enough both Mikayla and Sarah. They really are next level. We know this as we have had so many massages and treatments over the years in other states as well as other countries and these lovely ladies are by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST!The calming ambience and beautiful aroma that gently scents the room also leaves us feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated.We would also like to make a comment about the lovely receptionist upon greeting us. She was new to us (and I am really sorry that I didn’t remember her name). She was very bright and bubbly and created such a very warm welcome to us upon arrival as well as when we were retreating in the post therapy room with our herbal tea and sparkling wine.In conclusion, my husband asked me to add a comment to management of Spa Q and emphasise the acknowledgement of Sarah and Mikayla as high quality employees that should be utilised in supporting other therapists in reaching such a high standard in therapy. They both have an intuition of what each individual client needs and understandably this is not easily taught, however we believe Sarah and Mikayla are such an asset and should be utilised to help achieve what they clearly have naturally to take other therapists training and finishing touches (be it new therapists or existing), to create next level Spa Q qualifications for all your staff. Please note that this is not saying that other therapists are not good, it is purely emphasising the worth of both Mikayla and Sarah to Spa Q management as uniquely next level and we sincerely hope they are recognised for this.Thank you Mikayla, Sarah, the lovely receptionist and Spa Q for such an outstanding and wonderful experience that could not go without this review.Look forward to seeing you next time we are in Queensland.Len and Sharon Newstead.

Had the wonderful Princess treatment thanks to my husband as a birthday gift. And Wow, did I feel special and pampered. My almost 50 yr old skin felt like I was 20 again. After a full body scrub, massage and one of the best facials I've had in a long time. Finished with a relaxing chamomile tea. Book yourself or ask your your partner to treat you. A must do if you are either staying at QT or like me live on the coast.

My daughter & I had the best spa day at spaQ at QT while on holiday in the Goldcoast, thanks to Jess friendly professional service from the time we walked in the door. The Steam room was fantastic and I think we had the best therapist in the south east with Danielle & Tash. Thanks ladies for the best foot treatment, full body massage & those special facials, just didn’t want it to end.

Completely blown away by the professionalism of this Spa. From the moment we called, Sarah made sure we were looked after. My masseuse Remi was amazing I cannot speak highly enough of the experience my Mum and I had here 100% recommend!

I just enjoyed a 1 hour relaxation massage with Mikayla. I feel so refreshed and relaxed, she was amazing! Will definitely request for her every time.

Just want to say thank you to Sarah on reception for organising our group booking this weekend for Amy birthday. You were so nice and made us feel so welcoming even though a couple girls cannot make it close to the day. Communication over email and phone was so fast and easy to deal with and you ensure us everything went so smoothly. The girls couldn't stop talking how great and gentle their therapist approached and welcoming them. The treatment is absolutely professional and atmosphere is so nice and clean.Will we be back? Absolutely yes.
