Absolutely amazing place with the most welcoming and accepting group of women! Awesome classes with trainers that encourage and inspire your fitness journey, no matter what level you are at. Wish I found BB Maitland sooner!

From the moment I made contact with Dee to enquire about joining BB, I knew I was in the right place. She was welcoming, friendly and happy to answer all my questions.With no background in boxing or martial arts, I was nervous to be trying something completely new and different. Dee and her fabulous team of trainers were very reassuring and have supported me so much in learning the basics. It's all about a growth mindset at BB.The trainers and the members are so encouraging, supportive and positive. I look forward to every session knowing there will be fun and laughter combined with the best and most challenging workouts I've ever experienced.I love learning so many new techniques/movements and being continually stretched out of my comfort zone. I’m not one to stick with any activity for long but from the moment I stepped into Bikini Bods Maitland I felt like apart of the family and now after 9 months I have never felt so much self confidence. Dee and the team have taught me great life skills of Muay Thai as well as staying fit and having so much fun along the way! I would highly recommend any women to give this a go ❤️

Love this place and the people. It’s been transformational both physically and mentally. Great vibe and a fun way to challenge yourself and get fit. There’s a great little corner for the kids to play/hang out in too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such an amazing gym! Dee and the coaches have created a safe and motivating space for us to push our comfort zones and limits. There are lots of time slots for classes, which helps to work a session in around life.

Best ever group of gals here! Coaches are amazing, training is amazing. I’ve always been an active person but this has really pushed me beyond my limits in such a good way!

I was gifted a 12-week challenge membership at Bikini Bods as a surprise from my husband, to kick start my return to fitness. After my second baby, I was taking a lot longer to feel like ‘me’ again. I also knew I needed a push. I didn’t know what I was in for to be honest - but it has been AMAZING! All the gals are so real, we have so much fun, and I’m starting to feel my confidence coming back. The Bang Bang classes are my favs, and I feel really lucky that we have a coach like Dee in our corner, pushing us to what we’re capable of. It’s now my outlet and I love it. Just give it a go!
