Okay where do I start - It is so hard to find a good Property Manager to look after your Investment Property when you live in a different state to where your Investment Property is located.My husband and I have been totally blown away by Elke White from Harcourts Broadwater as she has gone above and beyond for us in extremely stressful circumstances, dealing with difficult tenants, which were putting pressure on breaking there lease earlier than anticipated.Elke has been amazing organising different trades to carry out repairs on our investment property, electricians, carpet installation, communicating with the Insurance Assessor, via email and telephone, lodging insurance claims for loss of rent, quotations, and advertising for new tenant's and going through the difficult process of going through lots of rental applications, and trying to find us the best tenants possible for our investment house.Not to mention constantly keeping myself up to date with everything that is going on and even emailing me while on holidays to give me a quick update on things.Elke is such an amazing person, she is so easy to communicate with and also extremely professional at the same time, but most of all extremely caring and shows alot of empathy and understanding for your situation.All I can say is if Elke is looking after your Investment property you are definately are in good hands.Beautiful Elke thank you so much for everything you have done for me in the past 4 months, I can not thank you enough for all your time and hard work. I highly recommend Meagan and Nat as property managers at Ray White Labrador. Ever since I moved in to my unit, they have always been attentive to my questions and if I've had any issues at the property, got it actioned straight away. The rental application process was smooth and professional and if I had a property of my own, would trust them to look after it. Great agency!
