Great overall service. J1 was recommended to me by a trusted colleague. J1 had me booked in quickly after someone else cancelled. Arrived exactly on time. No complaining from the installers about how hard the job was going to be. Finished quickly. Explained the operation. And even completely took away my old decommissioned system.I highly recommend J1 security.

From start to finish J1 Security made the process of getting security cameras less daunting. The guy that came out to my house was lovely and explained everything properly. Jake was available on the phone whenever i had questions. Would deffs recommend !!!

Highly recommend J1 security.They were very patient and I hardly had to be there to guide them on the day.The initial assessment a few days prior to address all my needs was all I had to tell them. On the day of the installation they were really considerate and I had a 5 minute chat prior to set up and after set up which meant I could continue with my work meetings without any interruptions. They were also really kind to answer all the questions (non stop) from my little ones while I was busy working. Thank you so much.
