One of the rudest most unprofessional businesses I have encountered. I was dealing with the owner Ken who loves himself a bit too much. He was rude, could not stick to any deadlines and was extremely pushy and over bearing. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Be warned he also owns Katherine Towing!

Called to ask if they could unlock a car with the keys locked in it. Ken was very rude when discussing payment details.The trucks sent out dont have eftpos facilities, and so cash payment would be required. Fair enough. When i mentioned my partner wouldnt have $100 cash on him, as his wallet was locked in the car, the response was Well he'll have to get it" in an extremely offensive tone.Ken wasnt interested in discussing payment methods such as pre-payment

Taking forever to fix my car. Been give delay after delay and when I was told I was able to pick it up it still wasn't ready.
