Love this gym, the staff are amazing. They smile, chat, give you advice. Love how much they do in the community and all the charity work they do. Really puts this gym a step above anything else I’ve used before.Facilities are amazing especially after the refurbishment. Highly recommend this gym whether you’re an experienced gym goer or a newbie

The staff and PT's are amazing and so helpful!! They offer so much support and have fun competitions in the club. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Stirling area!!

I have moved into the area and popped in check this gym out. Wow! Amazing amount of room for any kind of workout you wish to do. Very friendly staff... happy to show me around and no judgement!! (I've gotten real chubby) Definitely will be transferring my membership here.. can't wait to get started.
