seriously looking to start buying at Bowens, still checking the pricing out for a trades person, a little sus about trade discounts.Using Bowens for convenience at this time. the barrier system they have at the moment for service still makes one aware how scared and suspicious they are who has the virus. enough to show that they should just close up until the all clear.what has happened is the friendly service has left the building.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Bowen’s Brunswick. Emailed the day before and called up to check that the item I required was in stock and was assured by the store manager that it was. Drove over an hour the following day only to be told that the item is not actually available and that it is a different product of the same brand. Poor customer service also, team member did not help at all.

Absolutely stellar work from Michael and the folks at Brunswick. Fulfilled my order in full and on time. Would definitely come back again when we move onto cladding and lock up in some months time.

Thanks for the offer, I called this morning to check a certian size timber was in stock, showed up 15mins later and it was out of stock, same thing happened last week, was surprised both were meant to be in stock as everyone else is out of those sizes. will be getting my timber from Provans from now on
