No one can be 100% sure that their adoption will be a correct fit and the two week money back trial offered by Rescue Cats Safe Haven I assumed was offered everywhere. Not so, a friend was recently caught out when adopting a cat elsewhere. She was not sure about allergies or whether her dog would be happy and so she asked whether she could return the cat if things didn't work out and was assured yes she could. Within a day her son had an allergic reaction, doctor confirmed this, cat was returned but no refund. An unfortunate loss of a lot of money. The two week trial policy by Rescue Cats Safe Haven would be a deciding factor in where I would go to adopt a cat or kitten. As they say we want to make sure everyone is happy and settles in :) . . it is about finding the perfect home and companion for each individual.""

It is very good to see someone with a great passion to help animals with limited resources.

This place isnt responsive, i called them many times and even message, but they never called me bacl. Not good
