I phoned the office using the landline (and the mobile number provided on Google). Both phone services dismissed my phone call immediately. I made a personal call only to find a notice on the door to say that the office had closed early today and would be open at 9.00am Thursday. The Website gives an opening time of 2pm Thursday. Very poor service from this perspective.

Did my tax about 3 weeks ago now. Had to wait for the ATO to approve a group certificate which was done two days ago. My return has still not been lodged rang H&R block about 3 hours ago still waiting for a call back. Seriously what am I paying 160.00 dollars for. Will never go back and will not recommend

I had a lot of tax problems and was quite upset at my appointment, but Nicole was really helpful and accommodating, and they did everything they could to help me, and got my amount owing to the ATO down another $1,000. Lovely ladies who explained everything well. The $145 fee for a general appointment was a bit hefty, but I would recommend their service.

I have been going to H&R Block to have my tax return done every year since i began having to do a return, the staff rhere are always friendly,courteous and kind,they do things quickly and efficiently and i have received my refund within three weeks after seeing them every year i have been going to them.I enjoy the feeling of security and knowledge that everything has been done by highly competent tax specialists and i will be seeing them again next year and every year that i have to do a tax return,i would recommend them to anyone who has a tax return to be done .
