Hollywood Nails

got a full set done on my birthday a couple of weeks ago the lady who did my nails burnt me with the glue I had to stop her by saying ow and she did nothing, then not even a week like 5 days later they just started falling off for no reason like one I was washing my hair and just fell off, when I went back to the salon got told its not their fault will never go back

Rude , terrible service speaking all the time in their language making feeling uncomfortable.Terrible work bad quality as after 2 days 2 nails fall apart. Never again I am coming back . Is all about money and do things quick

got my nails done there less than a week ago, closer to 4 days ago was when i got the nails, my index broke on christmas and the other today, i have done absolutely nothing that would provoke breaking & this is just completely ridiculous for the amount that i paid, they have lasted 4 days and im completely applauded, im coming in tomorrow to formally complain & attempt to resolve this.

Service to quick ,nails not filed to my liking not even cut,it's like quickly get the job done take your money and out the door you go,next customer!!

Definitely don’t recommend! At least until they have a manager and a website to deal with all the problems created!!First time I went there I was somewhat happy with my acrylic fill ins… until I had to pay $110, what the heck? Reason being that they added a little bit of chrome to my nails which every other salon does for free (or extra $15-$20 for all fingers). I was furious for the price.Next time going for a fill in, one of my nails needed to be fixed and they pulled it so aggressively that my own nail broke off mid nail, although I had said multiple times it is horribly painful.Sweared I’m never going back until my nail broke off and needed to go, since everything else was booked that day.I got charged random amount each time and last time my nails lasted less than a week until the gel started peeling off.I have gone back to the salon to find a solution in a nice way since it is not okay, but no one is offering any help to fix my nails I paid unbelievable much for..

Had previously been to this place with no problem. Today I had an inexperienced nail tech who could not file my toenails straight- I even had to bend down and do it myself! I had a fake nail that needed removing and they peeled it off so aggressively it took 3 different people and in the end they split my own toe nail so badly that it bled. I now have walked out with no polish and a ruined painful nail.

My friend and I got a gel manicure from Hollywood nails, we noticed that they weren’t careful enough so they missed some parts while applying the clear nail polish also they said it lasted 2 weeks or more but our nails started to kinda peeling and chipping off in less than one week. Also my nails started to change its Color for some reason which made my nails look horrible. It was also very hard to communicate with them since only one of the staff spoke English. Although the nails were very nice at the start they didn’t last long and wasn’t really worth their price.
