Don't use Michael Giles as a solicitor if you want to win. This law firm is very unprofessional. Michael was rude and dismissive every time we tried to talk to him. We tried to give him information to help our case but he never listened.He made errors in court which included making up what his client does for work to the judge. We complained to a member of his staff about his nonchalance, who obviously passed it on to him because he inadvertently complained about us TO US at our next meeting. I had a guy the other day who was upset because I didn't know what he does for work! I don't go home and think about him all day!".A bit more care towards his clients would have gone a long way.We were quoted $60000
