Air Craft HVAC

Had air craft out today to service my LG ducted reverse cycle aircon. He was able to diagnose the problem and unfortunately it means replacement as repair is not economically viable. He was honest up front kind just amazing customer service.

Honestly one of the best experiences with a tradesman i’ve had in a while. Prompt, knowledgeable and gave exactly the advice we needed. Will definitely be recommending & using for any other Air Con services in the future.Top Notch

This is the third time I’ve used this business to maintain my ducted reverse cycle system. In the words of the late great Tina Turner they are “simply the best”.

The technician Alex did an excellent job. I am very happy to write this review and would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to engage his company. He knew his work, was pleasant to talk to and gave advice very readily, on what we should do at our end.

After multiple poor experiences with so-called professional air con techs was recommended this company by the manufacturer's engineer. He was absolutely on the money! Alex came out very promptly, and spent a considerable period in my (hot and sticky!) roof-space conducting a thorough audit and repairing multiple disconnected and damaged ducts. He took the time repeatedly to explain to me what was going on up there and what he said needed doing. Then, he did it all! We have a fully functioning ducted air-con system at last. We are utterly pleased by Alex's efforts. His courtesy, professionalism and skill is a credit to his company (Air Craft HVAC), and Air Craft HVAC is a credit to its industry. We are now considering an upgrade to a zoned system - which will cost a bit....but, no prizes for guessing who we'll be using. Do yourself a favour, and use these guys. You won't regret it. And, did I mention the $$ cost was VERY fair?

Had Alex come and charge my dad $2000 to replace 3 X faulty circuit boards in his air conditioner$2000 later air conditioner still not working and he wants another $8000 to replace unitWe are ment to look after the old pensioners not RIP THEM OFF ALEX!!!!
