Jacob Poulsen and all the staff from Subaru Penrith were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with the customer service they provided for me.They catered for all my needs and answered all relevant questions about what I needed to know and explained in detail about the car I wanted to purchase.The car was delivered at the showroom on time just as Subaru had promised and I was able to collect it within less then a month.I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending Jacob and his colleagues when purchasing your brand new Subaru.I would definitely recommend Subaru Penrith to anyone who is thinking of buying a Subaru for an excellent service.I love my brand new Subaru WRX RS.Thank you, John D.

As someone who never does reviews, be it positive or negative in this instance I am more than happy to share why.As someone who had for over 1 year a deposit with Toyota up the road (and Nissan across the rd) with nothing but the cliche, awful experiences I have to say the team at Subaru Penrith are the exact opposite of that awful stereotype and worth a visit.I met my sales consultant Brendan at the BRZ launch where I talked about wanting to get the new Nissan Z if not the GR86 - the BRZ being the (then) next choice having already registered for the other two options. Anyway, over a year later I walk into Subaru again. Brendan walks up to me remembering my name and story. From that point I met the lovely Tahli (finance person) and Sujal (assistant manager) whom once I said XYZ will get me to cancel my Toyota order
