I placed my order on February 8th and it's now the 2nd of March! So that's 20 days and still waiting to receive my item from their South Australia store to my Western Australian location! Absolutely PATHETIC guys, get it right!!!

I ordered a pair of work shorts, cheaper than everyone else. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for because they sent the wrong size, 3 emails later advised they waiting on a return postage confirmation, 2 weeks later zero response from emails and no one answers phone. Pay extra and don’t bother wasting money here.

Left a Facebook message , emailed and tried calling The mobile number twice as we have received zero communication in regards to where our shoes are ! Would be nice if you could respond to your customers.Edit # shortly after posting this review I received communication with a shipping update and they came 2 days later , whilst communication from the company and a bit of a delay on items being shipped they did send them and the shoes are great quality and well priced . I would deal with them again knowing they are a legit company just a little behind the 8ball with communication but issue was resolved .

Ordered some Hard Yakka work shirts which ended up being too large. That's fine! I wrote to request a return. After a few days Ronald got back to me. Since then I have paid $20 for a return label and restocking fee but have not received a return label or any follow up from Ronald despite sending multiple emails since the 23rd Jan.

I ordered replacement uniforms from Colin's Clothing at a considerable saving over mainstream stores. Uniforms arrived within a few days without any hassle.Quality products at a great price!Recommended.

Great service! I ordered a pair of work boots which ended up being too big. When I contacted the company they sent me a return label so I could post back the item and the replacement arrived within 5 days. Small extra cost but it was my mistake in the first place. Very nice boots at a good price. Thank you.

The communication and customer service here is terrible.I ordered a pair of work pants and received the wrong colour. This was over six weeks ago and I am still waiting for Collins Clothing to organise an exchange. I have followed up at least four times via their website chat (the only form of contact that gets a reply) and each time I've had the same response: 'Let me follow this up with management' that leads to nothingThere has been no attempt on their end to rectify the situation despite multiple attempts of contact. Their pricing is sharp, but that's only useful if you receive the correct order and some respect as a customerEDIT: unfortunately this was never taken care of

Ordered 3 shirts which were delivered as expected. Shirts appeared to be great quality, unfortunately the size i ordered is far too big. I'm usually an XL but the XL shirts I ordered were more like 2XL. I have emailed twice and tried calling with no response.Would of loved to return them for the correct size at my own expense of course as I made the mistake. Instead it looks as though I'm going to have to try and sell the shirts to recoup some of my money.My advise is to ensure you're 100% certain you have selected the right size. Clothing sizes vary substantially.

Finally found a retailer that really cares… we are farmers in north western NSW , and placed a fresh order of work clothes for the new year … sadly , we clicked the wrong colour , and had to send it all back …… the great news was that Collins took it all back and sent out a new batch in the right colour, freight free…… and to top it off they had the best price of all workwear suppliers on the net ……… we are customers for life !Cheers Ian
