Absolutely appalling service, the sales person did not even approach me to query if I needed assistance, when I was looking at some pieces for the longest time. I was interested in a cpl of pieces however the service not received left me in doubt and I walked out. Sorry but not sorry.

Very rude today. Tall lady there asked me to put my mask on which I did politely but then she persists to make me put it on properly as if it were a matter of life or death. Horrible customer service and I refused to buy a watch from there. Nice work losing money. She definitely needs more training.

Margaurite served me today on her 2nd day. She was lovely and helped me find the perfect pendant and chain, that Ive been searching for since last Christmas.

Staff were super helpful for someone who doesn't know much about jewellery

Staff were helpful and happy, had to get my ring repaired and they did it quickly. I ended up getting a call earlier than I expected and was so happy with the result!

Appalling customer service. I have gone in a few times and each time seems to be worse than the last.The staff are inattentive, lack the most basic inter-personal skills, and present as somewhat incompetent; constantly needing to call their manager or asking the customer to come back when the manager is in…I went in today to get my ring resized (my partner picked it up for me yesterday and it was too small). Turns out the ring wasn’t resized properly. The staff member mentioned I had signed when giving it to be resized so I was happy with it, I mentioned yes I was happy for it to be resized to the written size, not a size smaller (mind you the form was signed when giving the ring to be resized, not when picking it up…).After discussing, she was happy to send the ring back to be resized properly. She then wasn’t sure what size to put on the form so said either I sign it now or come back when the manager is it… I mean it was a simple task of measuring the ring and putting the size on the form.This is just one recent example… the level of customer service is appalling, I have never been so dissatisfied with my experience in a jewellery store.Prouds, please invest more in your staff and ensure they get sufficient training in stock and inter-personal skills.

Very bad experience ! My partner bought me a silver bracelet from this shop.Bracelet was broken after not even 1 week , came back to the shop, they charged me to fix it and 1 hour later was broken already!!!Came back to the shop again and this time spoke to a very rude women who didint want to help at all!Rude people and bad products, don’t waste money here

Terrible service & no refund policy.Rude store & regional managers.Told me to purchase 2 items & take home to try,could return 1.Then when contacted store to return 1 item told no refund policy!?Disgraceful conduct & no way to treat customers.All jewellery stores I've done business with offer a refund policy.Avoid Prouds at all costs!

Emma the staff at Prouds Southland was very pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite during our interaction. Emma patiently showed us all the options available from their wide selection of jewellery. Prouds jewellery are value for money

Exceptionally poor customer service.I had a ring for Rhodium plating which was to be sent off to the jewellers. Was to be returned in a week. 3 weeks had gone by with several phone calls reporting its not back yet try again in a few days". It got to the point where I said I was concerned they had lost the ring and then miraculously she was able to find it (?) She told me it was all done and was ready for pickup.
