Great store - extremely helpful people. I purchased my wife, an eternity ring, here (in 2018)

Absolutely useless, the woman that I presume was the manager Kathryn, was nothing but rude and arrogant, she told me she has worked in customer service for over 40 years, with that much experience you'd think she'd have customer manners. I tried to buy a chain that was marked a certain price got to the counter to pay and it was twice as much the girl serving me tried to give it to me for the advertised price Kathryn swiftly took back the girls offer and she refused telling me it was human error, then I tried to pay for my transaction, their eftpos machine was not working properly and the amount came out of my account but they refused to re-emburse me my money as I should contact my bank/afterpay instead it was the last of my money right before Christmas for a last minute present, she then proceeded to yell at me across the store involving multiple other customers in the conflict and talking to them openly about myself and my transaction for at least 10 minutes. I also work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that let alone decline them their money back and to them proceed to talk badly about customers to another customer is disgusting. Absolutely appawling I will never be shopping with prouds again and I feel so sorry for the poor girl that was trying to serve me while her boss was being disgusting to me.
